INTRODUCTION
SUBHAM INSTITUTE OF NURSING SCIENCE AND RESEARCH CENTRE was established in the year 2010 under the Bhimrao Charitable Trust with an aim to provide quality nursing education and prepare nurses with high level of professional competence. It is one of the beginning educational endeavours of Subham Group of Institutions which is promoted by Dr. Prahladbhai Mohanbhai Parmar. The College is affiliated to Gujarat University, Gujarat and is permanently recognised by the Indian Nursing Council [INC] New Delhi and Gujarat Nursing Council, Gujarat.

As a result, current consumer preferences, product life cycles, employment concepts have undergone tremendous changes, because of which the challenges that the corporate world faces today are multi-dimensional. While on the one hand there is a need to augment resources – both technological and human, to face the competition all over the world, on the other there is also a need to reduce increasing costs. ‘The best quality at the least cost’ seems to be the motto of the present day economic development. From the human resources stand point, this necessitates the emergence of young and effective managerial talent with an exposure to strategic specialization. Our efforts in training the students match the current demands of the corporate sector. The admission procedures in our institutions are stringent.
